join THP's planning team!
We have many small teams, called sub-committees, that meet approximately once a month from January - June to plan our summer outreach events. The sub-committees include: Communication and Creative Arts, Discipleship, Kitchen Management, Life in the City, Love Wins, and Worksites.
Each sub-committee is made up of three to ten volunteers and is co-chaired by one of these volunteers and THP's Program Director. The volunteer co-chairs help lead sub-committee meetings and serve as the representatives for their respective sub-committees at our larger Planning Team Meetings.
The frequency, days, and times of meetings vary for each sub-committee. Whether you're a visionary, detail-oriented, or anywhere in between you're sure to find a place within our team!
