Dear Faith Family, Alumni and Partners,
We pray this message finds you well and resting in God’s grace. Thank you for your continued support, your prayers, and your heart for the ministry God has entrusted to us.
Over the past several months, the Board has taken intentional steps to reassess the direction and strengthen the foundation of The Hartford Project. Through a series of focus groups and a dedicated board retreat, we carefully evaluated the state of the agency with openness, honesty, and prayer. This time of reflection has been essential as we seek God’s wisdom for a healthier, more sustainable future.
As many of you know, we have been operating without a Program Director and a small and committed board. Because of these realities, we made the difficult—but necessary—decision to pause all programs while we realigned our resources and responsibilities. This pause allowed us to clarify our mission, evaluate our capacity, and prepare for long-term impact.
We are grateful to share that while certain programs remain paused, we ARE moving forward with July’s Summer Outreach. This continues to be one of our most transformative opportunities to serve youth, families, and our community.
To make this possible, we are launching a focused fundraising effort and warmly invite you to partner with us.
Your generosity will directly support:

• Supplies and resources for outreach projects
• Meals, transportation, and participant support
• Volunteer training and care
• Core operating expenses that make the ministry possible​

Our Giving Goal: To fully support July’s Summer Outreach and general operating costs, we are prayerfully seeking to raise $18,000 by June 30th. This gives us three months. 


How You Can Give: Your gift—of any size—has a meaningful impact. Suggested giving levels include:

• $50 – Provides supplies for one student
• $100 – Covers meals for a day
• $250 – Supports volunteer training and preparation
• $500 – Funds materials for an outreach project
• $1,000+ – Serves as an anchor gift supporting the organization

As Galatians 6:9 reminds us, “Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” We believe God is using this season to refine us and strengthen our foundation so we can continue serving our community with faith and purpose.
