Fall Serve Saturday is an opportunity for churches in the city of Hartford and across the region to come together, in Hartford, to partner with and bless ministries in the city. Together, we strengthen the unity of the Body of Christ as we work together, fellowship and worship the Lord. This year, participation also includes dinner before worship.

EVENT SCHEDULE
Worksite Service Project // 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Dinner & Prayer // 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Worship Service // 6:00pm - 8:00pm (this service will be promoted separately, as well)

Location: Worksites take place at various locations throughout Hartford. Dinner and worship will take place at South Church, 277 Main Street in Hartford.

IS THERE A COST TO REGISTER?
Participation for the event is $25 per person or $50 per family, which covers the cost of dinner, a THP item for participants, and to cover the outreach costs. These donations will help THP purchase supplies for our volunteer projects, and any excess funds will be used to support THP's additional programs and mission.
Groups have the option to pre-pay for registrations for their group - this is can help engage more people from your community to participate. If you have questions about payments on your team, talk to your group leader about pre-payment when the Group Commitment Form is completed.
WHO CAN ATTEND?
Fall Serve Saturday is open to all ages! Youth groups, families, and adults are all welcome to participate.
AS A CHURCH GROUP LEADER, SHOULD I STILL COMPLETE THE GROUP COMMITMENT FORM?
Yes, we encourage you to complete a Group Commitment Form. Even though individuals and families can register on their own, completing a church registration form will allow THP to communicate with you directly, provide you with promotional materials, and make sure your group is assigned to the same service project(s) and team(s). Register your group today!

- ADULTS are welcome to participate as an individual, with their family, or with a registered church.
- YOUTH (grades 6-12) must participate with a parent/legal guardian, or with a registered church.
