PRogram Director

Marcel Hodge is a native of Hartford and is an ordained minister serving at Phillips Metropolitan CME Church.  He is a United States Air Force Veteran and served for 9.5 years.  Marcel also served on Young Life staff through Hartford City Mission leading the Middle School, High School, and Young Men's ministry.  Since returning back to the area in 2020, Marcel has a passion for evangelism, discipleship, and youth development.  

​Marcel is excited and humbled to lead The Hartford Project into a new vision and iteration of ministry within the city of Hartford.
