*Deposit for Hartford Residents is $25. There is no deposit for Leaders. Anyone who lives in or regularly attends church in Hartford is eligible for the Hartford Resident Rate.

*All forms, online apps and deposits must be received by the deadlines above. Late registrations are only allowed on a case-by-case basis. If THP chooses to grant a late registration extension, there will be a $10 late fee charged to any individuals with past-due registrations or payments.
REGISTRATION RATES AND DISCOUNTS
The following costs are those charged by THP. Your church may charge more to cover additional costs, such as transportation, the restaurant dinner, or leader registrations. Talk to your youth pastor or other leader to confirm your total cost.
Early Bird Registration Rate: $205
To qualify for the Early Bird Deadline, a participant's Individual Online Registration, including a non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit, must be received by the Early Bird Deadline for your church's outreach week. Please see outreach weeks and deadlines above.
Regular Registration Rate: $255
All participants' Individual Online Registrations, including non-refundable and non-transferrable deposits, must be received by the Regular Registration Deadline for your church's outreach week. Please see outreach weeks and deadlines above.
Hartford Resident Rate: 50% off
All participants who either live in Hartford or worship at a church in Hartford qualify for the Hartford Resident Rate. This is 50% off the current rate (whether Early Bird or Regular) for your outreach week.
Leader Discount: One free leader for every six students registered from your church. Cost for additional leaders always remains at the Early Bird Rate. Leaders should contact their church to find out if they qualify as a free leader.
Household with Multiple Participants Discount: $25 off the second participant; $50 off all remaining participants living in the same household. This discount does not apply to leaders.
WHERE?
Since 2010 we have used South Church (277 Main Street, Hartford, CT) as our hub for housing, meals and worship throughout the Summer Outreach Weeks. Student Worksite Teams are sent out to various ministry sites in Hartford throughout the week to experience and share God's love.
WHO CAN ATTEND?
Students completing grades 6 through 12 may attend with their youth group.
If your church is not registered, you can start something new at your church! Talk to your youth leader or pastor about getting involved, or find an adult who's passionate about getting youth together for THP. Maybe you're that parent or leader who wants to bring a group of students from your church - if you're looking to register a new church click here!
