Do you love THP and want to stay involved? There's a place for you on our Planning Team!
We have many smaller teams, called sub-committees, that meet approximately once a month for six months out of the year to plan our events. The sub-committees include: Discipleship, Gala & Fundraising, Food Services, Love Wins, Registration and Worksites.
Each sub-committee is made up of three to ten volunteers and is co-chaired by one of these volunteers and THP's Program Director. The volunteer co-chairs help lead sub-committee meetings and serve as the representatives for their respective sub-committees in the larger planning discussions for the programs.
The frequency, days, and times of meetings vary for each sub-committee. Whether you're a visionary, detail-oriented, or anywhere in-between you're sure to find a place within our team!
